NDIS Line Items and Billing
Support Coordination is billed under specific NDIS line items that must be funded in your plan. We track our time carefully and provide transparent billing with clear service logs and case notes, so you always know what you're paying for.
Invoicing is completed weekly or fortnightly as agreed in your service agreement. For plan-managed participants, we invoice your plan manager directly. For self-managed participants, we invoice you to pay from your NDIS funds.

Absolutely. We are a remote-only service operating Australia-wide. All coordination is delivered via phone, email, and Zoom — no in-person visits required.
Are you a plan manager?
No. We are Support Coordinators, not Plan Managers. We help you organise and implement supports; plan managers process invoices and pay providers from your NDIS funds.
What if I'm plan-managed?
Perfect — we can invoice your plan manager directly. You'll receive copies of invoices and service logs for your records, and your plan manager handles the payment.
What if I'm self-managed?
We invoice you directly with clear, itemised billing. You then pay from your NDIS funds. We provide all documentation you need to track spending and claim correctly.
Can you help with plan reviews?
Yes — we can help gather information, document your progress, and prepare coordination-related summaries and evidence to support your plan review process.
How is coordination time tracked?
We track all coordination activities with detailed service logs and case notes. You'll receive regular updates showing how your Support Coordination funding is being used.
